- Settings and parameters check
- Heating system dirt filter cleaning

- Heating system pressure check (topping up the system if needed)
- Ground loop pressure check (topping up with ethanol-based antifreeze if needed)
- Expansion vessel check and pressure adjustment if needed
- Auxiliary heater check
- Compressor operating noise check
- Heating system and refrigerant temperature check
- Refrigerant pressure check (if a leak is suspected)

The service price includes up to 1 hour of technician time
The hourly rate applies to fault repairs and additional work.
The first hour of work is included in the call-out fee for the initial visit. Additional hours, materials and transport fee are charged according to the price list.
*The emergency call-out fee includes one hour of technician work on site (as per the price list). Materials and a transport fee are charged in addition to the emergency call-out fee. From the second hour onwards, an emergency labour rate of €110/h applies. *Applies outside regular working hours (17:00–21:00), on weekends and on public holidays.
