Meerhof Quarter is a luxury apartment complex being developed along Pirita Road. Meerhof 2.0 is the second part of the Metro Capital concept and an extension of the Meerhof Residents, completed in 2015. The building was designed by architect Tormi Sooväli, with interior design by SAHA IN interior architects Riina Harik and Külli Salum. Meerhof 2.0 is among Estonia's highest quality and most innovative new developments.
