The price includes:
- Cleaning of air filters
- Checking the working sound of the indoor unit motor
- Replacement of remote control batteries (if necessary)
- Visual inspection of the outdoor unit
- Checking the working sound of the compressor
- Checking the refrigerant pressures (in case of suspected leakage)
- Checking the refrigerant pipe connections (in case of suspected leakage)
- Checking the drainage of condensate water
- Checking the condensate pump (if installed)
- Inspection and tightening of electrical connections
The price includes:
- Inspection of the indoor unit circulation pump
- Function check of the 3-way valve
- Check of settings and parameters
- Cleaning of the mud filter
- Pressure check of the heating system, refilling if necessary
- Inspection of expansion tanks and pressure adjustment if necessary
- Inspection of auxiliary heating
- Visual inspection of indoor and outdoor units
- Inspection of the outdoor unit fan motor operation sound
- Inspection of compressor operation sound
- Inspection of heating system and refrigerant temperatures
- Refrigerant pressure check (in case of suspected leakage)
- Inspection of refrigerant pipe connections (in case of suspected leakage)
- Defrost cycle check (depending on outside temperature)
- Cleaning of the heating node mud filter (if installed)
- Inspection of domestic hot water recirculation pump (if installed)
- Check of outdoor unit defrost water drainage (if installed)
The price includes:
- Inspection of the heating system circulation pump
- Inspection of the ground loop circulation pump
- Function check of the 3-way valve
- Check of settings and parameters
- Cleaning of the heating system mud filter
- Cleaning of the ground loop mud filter
- Pressure check of the heating system (refilling if necessary)
- Pressure check of the ground loop (refilling with alcohol if necessary)
- Inspection of expansion tanks and pressure adjustment if necessary
- Inspection of auxiliary heating
- Inspection of compressor operation sound
- Inspection of heating system and refrigerant temperatures
- Refrigerant pressure check (in case of suspected leakage)
- Inspection of domestic hot water recirculation pump (if installed)
- Check and tightening of electrical connections
In addition to the initial callout fee, the hourly rate (according to the price list), cost of materials, and transportation fee are added.
The hourly rate is applied for troubleshooting and additional work.
*An additional hourly rate (according to the price list), cost of materials, and transportation fee will apply to emergency call-outs.
*Applies outside regular working hours (17:00-21:00), on weekends, and public holidays.
- The price list does not include additional work or expenses, which are agreed upon with the client.
- Prices listed are for locations within the city limits of Tallinn; for locations beyond, a transportation fee of €0.5/km round trip applies.
- The client must ensure unrestricted access to the indoor and outdoor units of the device, as well as to the electrical panel. It is the client's responsibility to inform if the device is located higher than 2.5 meters; in such cases, the client must also pay for special equipment.
