In the Tiskreoja residential area on the outskirts of Tallinn, a comprehensive future residential area is emerging on 12 hectares of land, with over 400 homes planned to be completed. Adjacent to the houses are planned communal parks, kilometers of health trails, a skate park, sports fields, a large children's play area, and a spacious apple orchard. All modern apartment buildings are three stories high, and each building is equipped with an elevator. There is additional sound insulation between the apartments, and most homes have spacious balconies or terraces.
Work performed/equipment installed by City Kliima OÜ:
- Construction of heating systems. The heating for the townhouses is provided by Atlantic Extensa A.I series air-to-water heat pumps. The total heating capacity is 75 kW.
