Ülemiste Lofthouse, also known as ÜLO, is an intelligent and multifunctional commercial building completed in April 2020 in the prestigious Ülemiste area at Suur-Sõjamäe 13a. The modern space combines retail, showroom, office, and warehouse facilities.
Work performed/equipment installed by City Kliima OÜ:
- Construction of the building's heating substation and cooling systems. Office space cooling is provided by Midea VRF ceiling cassettes. Each rental space has its own system with a separate outdoor unit (8 units in total). Total cooling capacity of 90 kW. Heating of the entire building's radiators is managed by a single large 60 kW air-to-water heat pump.
